I have had the honor of training under Grandmaster Sari Mejia Santo and Senior Instructor Trainer Daria Pace, whose expertise and mentorship have deeply shaped my journey. My development has also been enriched by the guidance of many other extraordinary teachers, each contributing unique insight, discipline, and inspiration to my path.
Their collective influence continues to inform both my practice and teaching today. I've lived by what I call the 7 D's: Dream, Drive, Determination, Dedication, Diligence, Discipline, and Devotion. It has taken every part of me to complete this long, intense, and deeply gratifying journey."

The yoga method involves slower -paced movements. Without the use of external loads , it allows my clients to feel and focus on their alignment, maintaining symmetry and using proprioception to improve overall body mechanics.


CrossFit -Level 1 Trainer (2018-2023)

I use a combination of bodyweight exercises and weightlifting techniques to teach clients how to move efficiently and safely during daily functional activities. This approach enhances all key physical skills, including endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility, accuracy, power and speed.

My Approach
Since 2018, Arlene has inspired many through her deep passion for movement and her heartfelt approach to teaching. Her unique blend of love, patience, and knowledge has given her the opportunity to guide others in discovering the power of mindful movement.
Arlene's teaching style is truly unique. She uses an integrated methodology that sets her apart from traditional fitness approaches. With a strong foundation in Pilates, she teaches the fundamentals of each exercise, helping clients apply these principles to real-life functional movements — from daily activities and hobbies to sports-specific training.
She teaches not for perfection, but with precision — always prioritizing safety and injury prevention. Proper form, posture, and alignment are at the core of her practice. Whether in static holds or dynamic movements, Arlene emphasizes symmetry so the muscular system works efficiently, making movement feel effortless and sustainable.
What makes Arlene's approach even more impactful is her ability to clearly explain the what, how, and why of each exercise. This empowers her clients to progress with confidence, clarity, and a deep understanding of their own bodies.
